Murder Mystery 2 wiki

Getting Started

Each round assigns Murderer, Sheriff, or Innocent. Murderer kills with a knife. Sheriff shoots the murderer. Innocents run, loop, and try not to look guilty.

Your first ten hours should be about not wasting sheriff shots and not swinging the knife in a hallway with three witnesses. Cosmetics come later.

There are no active codes. Classic MM2 codes from 2016–2018 are dead. YouTube titles that say “NEW AUGUST 2026 CODES” are recycling the archive.

Beginner Tips

As Innocent, do not follow the sheriff like a duckling and do not trap yourself in a dead-end room. Loop furniture, watch the kill feed, and live.

As Sheriff, last known position matters more than raw aim. A panic shot into an innocent is how you hand the round to the murderer.

As Murderer, wait. The players who stab at 0:20 lose to the players who wait for a 1v1 in a bathroom.

Advanced Strategies

The trading market is a second game. Godly knives and ancient guns move on demand, not on your feelings. Use a value list, then still ask for adds.

Emotes, walking patterns, and who loots coins will out a murderer faster than a detective speech. Play boring if you are guilty.

Nikilis drops codes rarely and usually around holidays. If it is a random Wednesday in August and a thumbnail has ten codes, it is ten expired codes.

Currency Guide

Coins are earned per round and buy crates, radios, and some shop items. That is the grind.

Knives and guns from crates are the trade market. Codes, when they existed, granted cosmetics — never a chromas dump.

Knives, Guns, Radios

Weapons are skins. They do not change the knife swing or the sheriff shot. Pay for looks, not for stats.

Radios play IDs similar to other Roblox social games. That is not a promo code. Do not paste COMB4T2 into a radio.
